As one of the most powerful voices advocating nationally and globally for victim centred services, Prajwala in its 27 years of existence has assisted the police in rescuing thousands of women and girls from sex slavery and facilitaed their journey to recovery.
Prajwala is both an organisation and an ‘idea’ demonstrating sex slavery is unacceptable and it can be combatted by strategic interventions aimed at preventing at the source, reducing the demand and protecting victims and survivors
