Both telugu states of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana are the first states to have a comprehensive rehabilitation policy. Other states like West Bengal,Delhi Kerala,Odisha,Jharkhand were inspired by this policy to frame their own.
Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State have comprehensive policy framework for victim witness protection.
Victim Services have vastly improved with better policy frameworks.
